i'm definitely into psy trance! it makes me so happy. i saw astral projection for the first time last november, and it was definitely one of my best clubbing experiences ever. :D
At Burning Man (www.burningman.com) I'll really get my psy-fix... psy trance is VERY popular there. :happy2:

I 100% love psytrance. In the clubs its just such a happy friendly environment, I don’t know any other type of music like it... no other type of music makes me want to dance/bounce as much as psytrance…
you guys have a DJ called Adam Wiggins, I have heard some of his mixes and they seem dammmm hot

ive become a pretty big fan of psytrance over the past several months... i saw Yahel last year and he killed it @ Avalon, also saw Infected Mushroom last year and New Year's Eve Eve and they tore Spirit's roof down... so i went looking for more psytrance, especially that reeeeally dark dirty techy kind, its like the Sander Van Doorn of psytrance, totally afterhours tech-ed out stuff, and its perfect for the dancefloor... i found some other artists that are amazing too...
WIZZY NOISE (my favorite productions as of now)
ELECTRIC UNIVERSE (from Germany, they told me theyll be here next month and would like to work with me, so that should be interesting!)
ASTRIX (hes an obvious one, i think hes number 1 DJ in Israel or number 2 to Yahel)
ALIEN PROJECT (sick dark stuff)
...but, you cant go wrong with the first one i named, WIZZY NOISE, theyre Greek and theyre as dark as it comes... check out "demented drum" and "this is the end", tech'd out madness... theres a huge following for psy and goa all over the world, i think wed be surprised at how many fans can be found in pockets here and there... when you think about it, there have been some Ferry Corsten nights @ Crobar that havent exactly been packed... but whenever Infected Mushroom or Yahel or Astrix comes, Spirit and Avalon are as packed as if it were Tiesto or AvB... i know it means nothing but for anyone that has Soulseek, the psytrance chat room is always near the top as far as how many people are in it at all times... its got its own cult following that i think most of you would be surprised about (especially since a lot of you hate on trance itself, im sure psytrance would be even lower on the list for you guys) |

I think Psy trance is a little old....goa and all that stuff was mid 90s
Oakenfold used to rock quite a bit of it even on Gu 04 Oslo and Digweed played a little bit of psy as well |
