18 and Over in NYC - Fat Chance?

| Hello everyone, FLTA here who is one year away from the big 2 - 1. I am coming up to NY for Thanksgiving and I was wondering if there were ever any 18 and over nights in the city? I have a fake ID as well, it's decent looking, are the clubs very strict and observant upon ID's? |

HELL NO. As long as you give them an ID which says 21+ they'll let you in. I got a fake that i use every time, and as long as you are dressed right, you will get in most places. |

well, it doesn't work every time. some places like to scan every now and then so your fake won't work there. crobar's a good example... |

more and more places scan now...but roxy is usually 18+ when big djs come into town...at least it was...these days most clubs ARE 21+ and strictly enforced for guys. and ESP. CroBAR and Spirit...i get scanned EVERYTIME -- and u know that usually they are much more lenient with girls...last time i was even checked inside and i wasnt even newhere near the bar...
im not sure about Ikon tho...-=P
