Let me illustrate
I was given a job at a clearance centre (basically it was a job to make some money, gain some exp, all while looking for a real job). The guy who hired me said to me that I was part time with full time hours, well I go sign the paperwork today and I'm nearly over the top ready to explode. See I don't mind being told the truth, it hurts but it is honesty but when I'm lied to by employers, then I tend to hit the roof.
Here are my hours ( as well, I work on friday nights, no party time, no Christopher Lawrence Interview).
first month (remember now full time hrs are 35-40, part time is usually 24)
Week 1 4 3 3 6 16
Week 2 4 3 3 10
Week 3 3 3 3 9
Week 4 4 3 3 4 14
Week 5 4 3 3 10
Pathetic as ing hell, not even part time (like half of part time hrs) the only good thing about these hours, they are at night and I can look for a real job then quit the one I have. I hate liars and they can go themselves. |

| If I'm told that I'm going to be a part timer that averages 30 hrs a week and then find out it's under 15, of course I'm pissed off. |

well go to sleep country canada..my friend works there he works nightshift 12 hours day...or go to the airport u can talk to rod how much he works..when u just throw resumes anywhere expect to get crappy hours cause u look desperate. plus ur new..theyre not gonna give 40 hours to the new guy and the cut the guy with the most senority in half because andy joined...its the way the world works..u work u prove urself u get more money |

yeah i know im not saying u dont have a right to be mad..but its the way it works thats all..once u get more experience working ull learn that u start from scratch whenever u switch jobs..unles su work in an office or construction where everyone has the same shift and ur part of a team |

| i work construction..but ive been handed alot of responsibility in the last while..i used to work only 8 hours day 5 days a week..but now i also have my own small company that im running so thats what those 4 hours on the weekend is..i also do work on my company when i get home from work..but im usually in the office or in the shop from abt 630 to abt 5 5:30 |

| I work way too much at the airport, but I can fluctuate my hours pretty good to optimize my hours for partying and going out and working every other hour of the day so I dont waste time. |
