I buddy and I have thrown a couple successful parties here in Seattle and we are doing another one in a couple weeks. Our last party had around 165 people which fills the space pretty well.

Our next party is called 'Pimp n' Ho 2004' and will be held Saturday August 14th. The age range will be mostly mid-20s to early 30s but all 21+ are welcome. The price for the party is $20 and covers everything including an OPEN bar. We're not talking kegs here either. Trays of shots, a couple bartenders and nothing out of a plastic bottle.
As far as music goes we will have three DJs. 9-10 House, 10-2 is trance. I personally dropped $6000 on the sound system and it kicks ass. For lighting we really go all out as well. We have a $5000 argon laser and project a 10x10 video behind the DJ. It really looks pretty massive and keeps the party going. :)
