If you dont want him around, just ban his IP, that way he can't register under new aliase's, its that simple. |

| Banning IP probably won't work.. I know it wouldn't work on me, my ISP has dynamic IP, it would only work if he has a static IP, and even then he can route it through a gateway somewhere.. and if really desperate could ask the ISP for another IP. |
