Considered by many around the world as Hardcore's #1 DJ and Producer, Scott Brown has achieved more in his career than many in any other genre. He's developed his Evolution Records label into what many reguard as the top Hardcore label in the world, along with releasing tracks with many of Hardcore's top Producers. Why the is it so difficult for promoters to announce venues up front instead of describing it...

Ouch, easy, calm down a bit.
In the "underground" scene, venues are scarce and hard to come by. We don't release our venue information until the day of the event in order to preserve our venue without any hassles that come along with throwing an event like this.

Seeeee, true underground parties aren't promoted publicly like this....they are promoter via word of mouth......this is way too public of a promotion to be underground, IMO. Maybe times have changed....the scene here is so bad right now. :confused: :confused:

Well, I know you're entitled to your opinion, and that's fine. This is the state of the scene we're in right now, with so many laws regulating what can and cannot happen in this country, it's a sad situation.
We decide to push on with events, I understand your concern and that's fine, all I can really say is that until things look up, this is the way it has to be done for now.
Thanks for taking the time to check out the event nonetheless, the venue is amazing and brings back the vibe of events in the early to mid 90's, so if you decide to come check it out, make sure to introduce yourself to me and I'm sure we can discuss the scene in more detail.

the last Happy Together in San Jo was one of the best hardcore parties I've ever been to... liquidvinyl definetly brings a tight production... the last one was at a dope warehouse in San Jo and Luna C, Uplift, Euphony Project, Mark V & Poogie Bear rocked it hard!
Props to DJ Tronic for bringin in all this talent to the bay... "UG" or not... liquidvinyl are definetly putting on the best hardcore shows SF probably the states have to offer...don't miss out plus the presales were 1 dollar, now 15 which still isn't bad for all the talent thats comin' ... l8ers ;) |
