"It's gotten markedly worse in the last few years because of the propaganda that fatness, a natural human characteristic, is somehow a form of disease."
Ok... so the actual broad category of being overweight isn't a disease, but since when did being overweight not lead to all sorts of heart/blood problems? Sorry, but I have no sympathy for the people that just keep eating themselves to obesity (unless it's caused by something else or they truly are trying to lose weight in the first place). I mean, you don't have to be skin and bones, hell, if I went to a doctor I am sure he/she would say I should eat a bit more healthy, he or she would probably say that to a lot of people. I also don't recall being obese a natural human characteristic, maybe we should all gain another 200lbs and get to know our natural side? :haha: |
