Just rename song.mp3.temp to song.mp3 in Explorer! You don't need to convert anything.
WinAmp doesn't care, for example.

yeah it works fine in winamp but I cant burn the file Ez-cd creator..
when you say rename it in explorer..you mean in windows explorer>right click>rename>???

I tried that but that doesnt change the file from temp to mp3. but its a media file so I dont know why its not picking it up. its a file from audiogalaxy

That's because Windows doesn't let you rename files that are currently being "worked on" or downloaded.

What you need to do is somehow stop the downloading process or pause AG, and THEN you can rename. In Explorer, just single-click (with the left mouse button) on the filename. You should see an edit-box where you can change the name. Delete the part that says ".temp" and make it something like "song.mp3". Or you can right-click and then "Rename," doesn't matter.

You can change file extensions very easily in Windows. You need to tell Explorer not to hide file extensions of known file types. After de-selecting that option. Explorer will display all file extensions and allow you to change them by right clicking on them and selecting "rename" or simply highlight and press "F2". The option I'm referring to is available in the "View" options of Explorer.
