Fl 4 Error loading effect in FX Master help

This has happened before in my tracks
its really odd
anyone ever get this message or even perhaps have a solution here is error msg
Access violation at address 00E15A4E in module "FLEngine.dll". Read of Address 00000004

try to reset setting,if it didn't work u'll have to unistall
then re-install...

Try a different Sound Driver maybe.
Might have to re-install though. |

Now it gives an error message each time i open a flp file
DIB cannot be made

Says FL Studio is corrupt and unreadable
