Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Second Cup, Ice Caps???

OK, I REALLY REALLY wanna know how they make these things, I buy them alot and there awesome, I've seen them made, just Ice in a blender, pour in some cold coffee and let it rip, so I've tried it many times, and I just can't get it the same, does anybody work there and can tell me there secret?, is it to do with the shape of there blade or what?, I need to know, I love coffee and cold drinks, so this is the best of both worlds....ahhh I need to know.
I'M NOT AN ADDICT......I JUST NEED ONE NOW
EDIT, my problem is that I can't get the ice to change to the same texture as how they have it. |

i know starbucks has a special frappucino mix that they use (my gf is a barista). half a cup of mix, then a whole glass of ice and blend.
oh yeah if you're getting the tim hortons ice caps at least get the 2% ones. if you dont say anything they use 10% cream. |

Hmm half a cup of mix and then a whole glass of ice you say, I been trying to make them even, maybe I'm mixing in way to much coffee, to late to go and make one now though, do you know if they use a certain blade for cutting, I got a glimpse of the blade the other day, it looks spiral, so I was thinking it works my crushing the ice and suching it down tornado style to the bottom, and that way they make sure all the ice is evenly crushed, theres gotta be something else to it, hmm time for some advanced maths.
