1)I was actually born in Liverpool...but yes, we do play football here. It's the most popular youth sport actually, though I'll be the first to admit we're crap at it on the international level.

3) a giveaway about what? Everton is in trouble...true fans know that. I find it funny that even though you don't know me, you're trying to tell me I'm not an Everton fan, despite the fact that I've seen them play many times and watch them on TV whenever they're televised here, which isn't often unfortunately. |

I am always amused to find people that take this position that it is so cool to hate the english national team. And almost always its like "he is ugly" and "he is girly". ha. Im sorry, i didnt know football was a beauty contest.
Anyways, biases aside- England has a very decent team and anyone who thinks otherwise is clouded by political or cultural bias. Granted, the hardcore english fans will have you believe that their team is on the verge of global dominance but thats how all fans are. Apart from the Scandanavians- nicest and humblest fans Ive ever come across. |
