Mixmag Issue 158 (July 2004) has an article saying that Oakie is planning on quitting dance music.
The article even has quotes from BT saying something about Oakie starting a rock band and BT hearing two of the tracks already. It has an additional quote from Tiesto saying that Oakie wants to move out of dance music.

this was being discussed in the main room. i dont think he is quitting, just doing other stuff.
i think the rock band is true. but im sure the quiting is not. he has too many projects to just quit.

If I were there I'd hit up creamfields for sure - Ferry is going to be large and in charge this year (since his missed last years due to a doublebooking). |

I just went down to the HMV on young, the main downtown store. Thinking they have a good electronic selection, go and ask for when this is being released. The guy tells me, tomorrow. They are only ordering, get this, ONE COPY!!!!!!!!!

i just went the Sunrise on young, across from the big HMV. I told them that hmv had it for nearly 50bucks, and i said enough people wanted this cd,
so they order 5 copies, and said the price would be in the high 20s, so probably around 30bucks. they will have them in by monday or so.
if you cant wait, hmv still has that ONE copy. |
