This is a big topic, so I thought I'd post a poll to get some clear-cut opinions...

I honestly think it was an absent-minded mistake. However, didn't Colin Powell make up for it later?

it was no mistake, it was intended.... I heard that they might be a little pissed of at Canada for allowing the entry of many terrorists into Canada that eventually end up in the states... Our immigration laws are a joke, anyone can come and stay in our country and i think thats kind of bull cause we end up paying for these people...

But the funny thing is the USA checks people at the border when they are coming into their country, So Bush cant really blame Canada for terrorist entries from Canada into the USA. |

I'm pretty sure Bush said something on the lines of "no need to consault BROTHER Canada" .... therefore he see's our country as family, so it's automatic that he knows where Canada stands without having to talk about it.
