Daily meals

So I was wondering, what do you lot usually eat? Is it what people in your country usually eat? In my case:

Breakfast:
- Chocomilk (or coffee)
- Bread (with butter or cheese or ham)
- fruits

Lunch:
- Rice
- Beans (we don't eat sweet beans here, by the way)
- Eggs/meat
- Whatever vegetable you can add to it (lettuce, tomato, corn,....)
(Rice & Beans = Brazil's essential)

Dinner:
- Either the same I had for breakfast or the same I had for lunch.

Supper:
- We don't sleep that late, but I reckon people from other Latin countries (Spaniards are known for this) do it.

(And that's what usually Brazilians eat anyway... we can have pasta instead of Rice and Beans but, this is an exception :D)

Beh, not usually up in time for breakfast.

Lunch: Pizza rolls or leftovers with very few exceptions

Dinner: Whatever my mom cooks.

I don't eat ALL of these things at the same time, but this is generally what i eat.

Breakfast:
- Coffee
- Orange Juice
- Cereal + Milk
- Raisin Toast with Butter

Lunch:
- Chips (French Fries) (usually at uni)
- Bacon Sandwich with BBQ Sauce, Mayonnaise and Cheese :D *MY SPECIALTY !!!!! *
- Sandwich with Ham, Salami, Cheese, Mayonnaise and Mustard
- Junk Food
- Garden salad with lettuce, carrot, cucumber and balsamic vinegar dressing
- Sometimes stuff i cook in the oven like Chicken Strips, Dim Sims, Meat Pies, Wedges etc
- Water
- Milk with Nesquik
- Fruit Juice

Dinner:
- Thai Chicken Curry
- Spaghetti with Bolognaise or Napolitana sauce.
- Ravioli with Napolitana sauce (just a plain tomato pasta sauce)
- Sausages (Kransky or Pork) with Onions
- Steak
- Mashed Potato
- Lasagna
- Homemade Hamburgers (occasionly)
- Chicken Wings
- Salad (always)
- Stir Fry with vegetables and Meat
- Chicken Schnitzel

Desert: (only sometimes)
- Peaches and Ice Cream
- Chocolate
- Cake
- Cut up fruit that is in season - pineapple, grapes, mangoes, watermelon, rockmelon (a.k.a cantelope) etc (i ALWAYS have this in summer)

since my bodyclock is ed, I'm usually in bed until after lunch :o


On a good day though

Breakfast = toast/cereal/cup of tea

lunch = sandwich maybe light salad, maybe warm fillings

dinner = usually a meat & veggies/salad or something like gammon/sausage/fried egg, burgers & salad


on a bad day I mainly snack when im hungry which would be something when i get up, maybe some bread & butter, then when i get hungry for somehting else, usually 8pm ish and 11pm ish

usually sleep in for breakfest, even if i do have to get up early i never have breakfest, prefer spending the extra time it takes to make breakfest and to eat it in bed.

usually sleep in for lunch aswell. so have something at about 4, pizza, sausages and eggs, bread. anything thats easy and doesnt involve effort.


then have dinner which the auld one makes.

Bagels (3)


Post workout meal #1:

Synthetic protien mixed with bottled water
Glutamine powder mixed with creatine, also mixed with bottled water

Lunch:

Coldcut sandwich's (2)
Sunchips or some item like it
Diet soda (2)

Post workout meal #2:

Liquid amino acid droplets
Multi-vitamin bar

Dinner:

2 lbs chicken (Breast, no skin)
2 cups of rice
2 servings of vegetable
Milk (about 32 oz's)

- 8 egg whites

Snack 1
- Protein Shake
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Lunch
- Salad
- Chicken Breast

Snack 2
- Protein Shake
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Dinner
- Salad
- Veggies
- Beef

Snack 3
- Protein Shake

Somewhere in there I'll have numerous supplements too (multi-vitamin, anti-oxidants etc)

- Chewy Bar
- Tea

Dinner
- Whatever's cooked
- Water

2-AM Snack

- OJ or a cup of tea [with milk]

Lunch:
- Usually bread with chicken [toasted Turkish bread is a fav.]
- Bottle of water

Dinner
- Whatever is cooked, usually rice, couple of chinese dishes and soup.
- Green or Jasmine tea.

-5 Egg Whites & 1 Yolk
-1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
-1 Cup of Orange Juice

Pre Workout (9:00A.M.):
-1 Banana
-1 Cup of Protein Shake

Post Workout (10:45):
-1 Cup of Protein Shake

Lunch (11:00P.M.):
-2 Slices of White Bread
-3 Slices of Turkey
-Lettuces, Onions, Tomatoes
-Mustard
-1 Cup of Milk

After Lunch (2:00P.M.):
-2 Slices of White Bread
-1 Can of Tuna
-Low Fat Mayonnaise

Snack (5:00P.M.):
-2 Slices of White Bread
-Peanut Butter & Jelly

Dinner (7:00P.M.):
-Bowl of Rice
-Beef or Chicken
-Salad

Before Sleep (9:30P.M.):
-1/4 Cup of Cottage Cheese
-1 Spoon of Peanut Butter
