(Click Ok) 2nd Alert ASIO Multimedia The current ASIO-MME configuration was never tested, or previously failed the test. This test can check the sync reliability of all the currently selected audio input and output ports, with their current options. This test is the definitive check to see if your current configuration supports effective audio communication and therefore MIDI to audio sync. If the test fails, you will have to either select fewer simultaneous audio input and output ports or adjust their buffer sizes or options. Should the current configureation be tested? (Clicked Yes) 3rd Alert ASIO Multimedia Not all the selected devices in the current configuration were successfully started with their selected options. If this card is currently configured to accept a digital signal, and no digital signal is present, please either reconfigure the card to use an 'internal' clock, or apply a digital signal, or if possible switch this port to accept an analog input. (Clicked ok) Well I was lost after the first alert... If theres is anyone who can give me some advice on what i need to do to fix this. It will be very appreicated Sebastiano :nervous: Chronick john What sound card do you have?? djdustx In the Sounds and Multimedia Properties Sound Playback device and Preferred Device for Sound Recording is both Avance AC'97 Audio Im guessin thats it Sebastiano :nervous: djdustx can no one figure this out?? Limit ok I know what your problem is but what you need to do is know wtf your sound card is. post up some screen shots...not of the error messages but of the configuration screen in the advanced menu. I don't know how to post images here but goto ASIO Multimedia Setup and then click advanced options. Then you can run the sync tests there. This will allow you to select which sound card and sound card channels or channel you want to use and test the buffer settings for sync loss. Also to get to the ASIO Multimedia setup it is not within Cubase but within the start menu Cubase folder. Also just goto the steinberg web site and check out the help stuff there. Do u have a manual? if so read that. it s sort of confusing at first but if u need anymore help just ask. But do your resrach first Limit out! CLICK TO RETURN TO TOP OF PAGE
