Dude, when you find a resolution to this, hit me up with the answer as well. My biggest problem to overcome is that I'm shy with this type of . Once the "ice is broken" I'm cool. but it's the initial "hello, how are you" thing that gets me all the time. I get so nervous when approaching a girl for the first time, don't know why, but it just happens. |

| LOL.. just look at it this way.. what do you have to lose ? rejection, thats about it.. it'd be pretty bad if there was only one girl in this world and she rejected you but there are plenty.. every ing corner you turn, there are approachable girls... just ' it' and go for yours.. you gotta get used to not caring about rejections.. which will make you much more confident.. girls dont like too shy/non confident guys in the first place... they like guys that are confident and know what they want. joey, same thing for you too man.. just go for yours.. and if it doens work out, dont get caught up on it, just move on to the next. :p |

hha, alright dude i'll keep you posted. I'm seeing her tomorrow so i'll report back on my progress.

practice makes perfect. the more you talk to a girl, the more you realize she is just like you (and not some superior race).
plus, it's a lot easier to talk to a girl who you have a connection with- because then being yourself just completely comes natural. she will make you feel comfortable, so you won't freeze up.
but every guy and even every girl goes through this...but once you hit college it will be a lot easier to talk to them. everyone will be going through the same thing at first (not knowing anyone...etc), so i'm sure you will be fine then.
