well i've ruined some pretty nice stuff before from drying it...
but i'm just too lazy to hand wash crap and hang stuff to dry.
i wash everything on cold/delicate cycle and i always use liquid detergent. that's good enough. |

| well i mean...i buy clothes for a reason...i like them. why wouldn't you want to keep everything looking nice? then you could still get more clothes, but still have other great stuff too. |

I dunno, im about regular normal maintenance, but I think cars are meant to be driven, clothes worn, etc... I rally the out of my cars. Thats why I buy them. It isnt for resale value or some BS.
Clothes the same. I got some expensive . So I wear it everywhere. Starts getting worn out after a bit. So i just get new stuff. or I dont because I cant afford 200 dollar pants right now. I got my use out of the old ones at least, and if I need to look nice at some point, ill figure something out :p
I fly by the seat of my pants when it comes to clothes.

Diesel (for shirts mostly...jeans are overpriced)
Club Monaco (really like their tshirts and casual pants...very nice material)
Mexx (they have some very nice casual dress shirts)
Guess (Their jeans fit me really well. I also have a jacket from Guess that is so ing amazing I can wear it in the summer and winter)
Dockers (nice kakkis)
Von Dutch (I only have 1 shirt but it looks pretty stylish...tight fit tho...still need to stretch it)
Prada (I only have a baseball hat)
Armani (1 sweater and a wallet)
K-Swiss (All-white shoes)
Moores (BEAUTIFUL black leather dress shoes, super comfy and stylish...and I have a suit and some dress shirts/ties from here)
and I have a load of no-name clothing...
No I don't buy clothing based on the logo. I usually do my shopping at a fairly upscale mall (yorkdale for you Torontonians) and I basically just look for clothes that fit me well and look stylish. I personally find it very hard to find good looking no-name casual dress shirts for instance (not work shirts, like clubbing dress shirts moreless). And if you know how to shop like a me (a pro :stongue: ) it won't hit your wallet too hard. :)
I'm sure I'll get a few blocks who will still reply to this saying I'm walking advertising and 'look like everyone else' :rolleyes:
p.s. I think i have a total of 3 shirts that aren't black or white. Black is just my colour :happy2: |
