if they are, why do they still exist?
is it because filesharing is legal as long as they dont share copyrighted material?
what about filesharing programs like napster, and k-lite where u have to pay monthly...does that allow users to download as much songs as they want?

| the programs arent illegal its what they are used for. besides, just because its illegal in one country, dosent mean its illegal in another. i believe canada has no laws for it. neither does my country. or at least they arent strict. |
