is it because filesharing is legal as long as they dont share copyrighted material?
what about filesharing programs like napster, and k-lite where u have to pay monthly...does that allow users to download as much songs as they want?

the programs arent illegal its what they are used for. besides, just because its illegal in one country, dosent mean its illegal in another. i believe canada has no laws for it. neither does my country. or at least they arent strict. |
