That sucks bro...i'd suggest contacting New York police and notify them...grab a lawyer and find this guy
P.S. btw some suggested to forget about it because of the court and lawyer fees
u can sue this guy for ur money back as well as paying ur lawyer fees and court fees

speak to your bank. ask them to try and track it down. because they have the money order info, so they might be able to do something.
but definatly try and file a police report, if this is legit. |

Well everyone, im a proud owner of 2 brand new Denon DN-S5000's at a cost of $2300 Canadian (the extra 300 is due to GST at the boarder)
So i think all has worked out after 3 months.
Moral of the story
1. Pay Pal
2. Make sure you know this person
3. E-BAY
4. DONT BY OVER THE BOARDER CAUSE ITS CRAP!

This is very true. I did the same thing and though i got a good deal on the shipping ($30). Then UPS comes to my door with a $250 COD. 75 of that was the brokerage fee!!! |

delay = his DJ partener taking the gear that he sold to me and giving it back. he ran away with it and got out of contact. So he then took the new gear he bought and sent that to me (which saved me like $1000 and got me new un-used gear)
That was the dealy.
