Went Hiking Today (pg. 2)

Ongoing deal. Got a handle on the drug addict and will push him through High School grad I hope. Success in my book.

80lb on the back does nothing for arms. Carry some big ass dumbells. I can do 30's over 4-1/2 miles as well but have to stop a couple times which doesn't count in my book either. Got to go nonstop on the route and don't drop them for nothing.

Orb, if you're ever in Kenya, be sure to climb Kilamanjaro. It's non-technical and you go through like 7 different terrains. 20,000+ some change. No heavy gear needed. Absolutely beautiful.

Walking. Can't run because I've had back surgery and sciatic nerve permanently damaged on left leg. So, pick up a couple 25 pounders and try it for 4-1/2 miles. Not real easy you will find if you make it at all.... It's an abnormal exercise routine.

HAHHAHAHA!!!

OMG i TOTALLY want to do this. i saw some people do it on tv and the landscape was so cool. have you done it? was it hard? what kind of training did you need? 20k feet is no joke...

Just got back from a hike today nothing that high but still made me huff and puff. My dog totally kicked my ass but he's got and extra pair of legs.
