I just got Above and Beyond - No one on earth in the mail and there is a skip.
I lightened up the weight on my needles and got it from a beat skipping skip to just a hard crackle that doesn't mess with the beat.
I am gonna play this thing a lot....ya think I should take the time and effort to return it for another copy, or just tough it out. ....? |

| well if it were me i'd get a new one. you paid for a record that you can play, not for one with a blemish |

| I'd try some of the tips people have to lessen skips, and if that doesn't work, oh well. To big of a pain to return, imo. |

hehe, I think it is just a defective vinyl. Although I can't see anything on it, no big knicks, or scratches. nothing.
I checked theri site and it looks like I have to get a return confirmation er something, I dunno. I emailed them and hopefully they will be speedy with theri response.
i just really wanna get it changed because when I play at places with ty needles...it will skip. which will suck ass. |
