New Title: Possible TA pre-party on Sept 18 in LA w/ Armin van Buuren & Markus Schulz (pg. 4)

Hey guys! I think we can combine sushi and preparty. If we have it at Miagyi's on Sunset, we can close down the 2nd floor for a few hours during the daytime. That is assuming if we can reserve it and if it hasn't been reserved by anyone else yet.
I remember attending the place a while back and seeing a few people singing karioke on stage with a nice looking bar in the back. The place is fairly huge and I'm pretty sure it's an all ages entrance b4 10 pm. I am considering chipping in a few hundred bucks for this if you guys want to make this work. |

| Can you make a call and see about it? See if there's a price to make it private for a few hours (2 to 3 hours) ... they may just have an attendance/cost minimum (ie. we buy so much sushi it's as if they didn't lose any business). |

| I know that at that place they have a happy hour special where you get 3 for 1. Maybe they could hook us all up with that deal. If the preparty was held at this location, who would bring all the equipment? |

I can see about equipment. I'll have my new set up by then for tables and mixer + carts, + Monitors with amp, we'll need good floor spkrs and amp.

OK, I will tell Dave Lewis, Armin, and Markus that THEIR idea of having a pre-party and THEIR idea of playing at it is a BAD idea.
Doesn't seem like that many people are really into this anyway. |

NO my point is that no mention of how long or what time they will be there had been made and that we have no estimate of size of said party nor whos willing to foot the bill to secure a venue unless a free one is found.
I am all down for a pre party/dinner/drinks/etc...
Also i didnt see any mention that they (markus/Armin) had wanted to spin there, i assumed as with most pre event meetups they were down for a get together not a seperate throw down.
That info makes my previous post to be marked deleted :eyes: :eyes:

Here are the words out of Dave Lewis' mouth...

ANYHOW, we need to figure this out by early next week. If not, I will just attempt to do the next best thing and go for a dinner and beg them to come. :-p
