Take I-95 South to Exit 22, turn RIGHT onto Ramp towards I-676 / US-30 / Central Phila / Independence Hall
Take Ramp (LEFT) onto I-676 [US-30] towards I-676 / US-30 / Central Phila
Turn RIGHT onto Ramp towards PA-611 / Broad Street / Central Phila
Keep STRAIGHT onto (N) 15th St
Turn LEFT (East) onto Locust St
Turn LEFT (North) onto 13th for 1/2 block
Saint James Street is on the right side.
West
Take I-76 [Schuylkill Expy] towards I-76 / Philadelphia
Keep LEFT onto I-676 [US-30] towards I-676 / US-30 / Central Philadelphia
Turn RIGHT onto Ramp towards Broad Street / Central Phila
Keep RIGHT to stay on Ramp
Turn RIGHT (South) onto (N) 15th St
Turn LEFT (East) onto Locust St Turn LEFT (North) onto 13th for 1/2 block
Saint James Street is on the right side.

Take I-95 North to Exit exit 17, take Ramp (RIGHT) onto SR-611 [S Broad St] towards PA-611 / Broad Street / Pattison Ave 3.7

Right lane of bridge onto Ramp towards I-676 / US-30

to St James St- Pure is 1 1/2 small streets towards 13th (WEST)
Walt Whitman Bridge

Bear LEFT (West) onto Pollock St
