All I can say is thank goodness they have "On Demand" replays of all their shows.
So many people are listening to the live stream, it sucks, as always.
Radio 1 refuses to get away from that ty Real stream they use,
which chokes down when it gets overloaded,
and the sound quality sounds like it's coming through a plastic straw.

Once about every 3 min the sound gets really bad.

LOL, the BBC do a good enough job running television channels and radio channels and a website and numerous education programmes without having to worry about providing 192kbps streams for americans to listen to :haha:

we Brits pay for the BBC upkeep and im quite happy with the streams they provide

but of a heads up....

Expect Oakey to play the tilt track hes been caining the last couple of months cause he's just got hold of his copy on vinyl (the version he plays in previous sets was from cd) - perhaps not so much of a revelation as his set will most probably be very similar to the godskitchen set from last weekend.

and theres a good chance avb will be playing 'whiteroom' so it will be interesting to see how that goes down to a live audience - i've not had the chance to hear this on a live soundsystem as of yet.

should be a night to remember!
