....and I can't fkn wait! I've heard it's a corker of a snow season!Who else is heading up to the Alpine region this year and where you headed????:D I for one am heading up to Hotham...:D

me, petey, kel, lou lou, reemo and steve went to the snow on saturday chris!!!
was awesome! steve and petey had never even seen snow before so was great to see their reactions to it. steve picked up the skiing technique like an old pro!
me petey, kel and lou lou snowboarded and had heaps of fun. by the end of the day we were all boarding like champions :D
we went to mount bulla and had the bestest time eva! |

My family is at Hotham right now.......I wish I was there :(
Just saw on www.ski.com.au they now have 2 metres of snow..I...think...i'm...going...to..cry :sadgreen: |

that's awesome, two metres still and we are leading into the middle of august.... if the weather keeps dumping snow at the rate that it is, there will be plenty of snow even into early-mid September!!

We were at Buller Chris, and they said it was the busiest day so far this season (but it was a Saturday too). I'll be going back asap :)
Tip: if you can, hire your stuff off the mountain! The process of hiring in the village takes forever. |

I'm going first weekend of September cause im a tight-arse and its cheaper then :p

yeh im hoping 2 head down one weekend soon as well as it will b my last chance 4 a while seein i'll be in europe this time next yr :p
does anyone know any good places 2 stay that r cheap? they all seem 2 be booked out :( |
