"TOTA TAs (Heart) Armin" - Does any1 have a template?

Hey guys and girls,
I noticed at Decadence a bunch of people had signs that read, "TOTAs  Armin". Does anyone have know where I can get a template of that?
I'd like to bring a sign like that to Cream and replace "Armin" with "Ferry" of course... ;)
It also said "Choon" on the back too! :D
If anyone knows where I can find a template, please PM me.

DJ Ampz (Barry) had a "TOTAs  TIESTO" sign with "CH00N" on the back, so you could ask him if he still has the template left.

Yeah well....so what if its small, its how you use it.
The sign was just made on Word. Just search for a Heart Icon int eh graphics. Simple
