Fresh off the presses today....Denon DJ announced the introduction of three new innovative high performance products that give professional DJs advanced tools to expand their creative options.

DN-S1000 - Outstanding Tabletop Features In A Convenient Portable Package

Denon DJ's New DN-S1000 Compact CD/MP3 player is designed to offer many of the same high-end benefits of the company's tabletop DN-S3000 in a compact, easily portable package. The DN-S1000 features a pressure sensitive platter that can be used to mix, scratch, backspin, brake, search, and otherwise manipulate as if it were an analog turntable.

The feature-rhc player fits all the requirements of todays working DJs including advanced Mp3 functionality, echo loop, fast search and quick jump which allows Djs to jump around within a CD or Mp3 track using precise adjustable increment time steps.

Also for control and feel during a live performance, a special platter hold function allows pitch bend by the scratch disc of up to +-100%. The realtime instant start and 20 second shock proof memory ensure instant audio playback and uninterrupted performance.

The deck also features another world's first from Denon, Next Track Reserve with Crossfade allowing it to be easy for DJs to crossfade to another song on the same disc for a smooth non-stop mix.

The Denon DN-S1000 will be available in October with an MSRP of under $500.

The new DN-X300 is one of the most versatile scratch mixers available on the market and the portable DN-X100 is the smallest professional quality DJ mixer available today and is designed to be used with the S1000 above. Both units offer exceptional performance as well as plenty of inputs and outputs.

More details available soon - The DN-X100 will sell for $299 and the DN-X300 for $499!

The cd player is a bit interesting...thats about it... the mixers should be pretty good quality, and cheap, but certainly targeted at scratchers.

That would be perfect for ANY bedroom DJ... I am surprised how many MP3 features these new decks have.
