does anyone here use the pioneer efx500 and djm300?
im just curious if they work perfectly together...
any pros and cons with that setup... thanks |

no, but they will work together just as well as any other ef500 + 2 channel mixer with effect send/recieve.
the mixer makes no difference to how well the effects unit works (and vice versa, they are seperate bits of equipment) really, apart from having send/recieve (which i believe the djm300 has), in which case you can use it on single channels as opposed to just the master signal. |

im not that sure if the djm300 has a send return on it....
there are no send/return input/output at the back and
no send/return switches |

just had a look, yup i stand corrected.. i thought it had send/return.
well in that case it will work fine on the master signal, but you cant do effects on single channels..
i have found that for some reason it lacks in sound quality and its too easy to end up with too much feedback using send/return anyway.. i use mine on the master signal.
