You first, big guy. Your off-the-wall articles of current or former military people commiting immoral and evil crimes is not going to convince anyone with an ounce of common sense that the reason they did these things is because of military brainwashing.
I could use your same illogical argument to say this: Charles Manson killed 30 people brutally (whatever his actual number was). He was never in the military. If he would have had military training and dicipline, he may have never committed these terrible crimes. Everyone should be in the military!

Give me some actual statistical proof that people that are in the military or former military commit more crimes than people who aren't. Ahh, you can't? I'll tell you why: IT'S THE OTHER WAY AROUND. That's right - people that serve in the military or have in their life are LESS LIKELY to a. Have a criminal past (since you can't get into most armed forces with one) and are MORE LIKELY to not have any criminal offences when they are done. Does that make sense? It does to me.
The only thing you've done in this thread is successfully plead your bigotry-ridden remarks and lose a lot of respect from people may or may have not known your prior to this. I suggest moving to an Amish community or maybe joining some anarchy cult where senseless drivel like you've expressed here might actually be welcome. Most likely though, they'll probably ignore you, which is what should have been doing the moment you registered on this board. |

Yeah good point, imagine how bad Charles Manson would have been if he in fact had been in the army! He would have probably killed thousands!!!
It seems you continue to fail to address the real point by getting wound up by generalisations, yeah people in the army commit less crimes, yes, because they are away most of the time you idiot. |
