The tune im looking for was a big tune in Ibiza around 99 to 2000. It went Bum Bum Bumbum (Pause) Bum Bum Bumbum bum then a base drum kicked in. And besides, you really didn't give us much to go on! :D Are the 'Bum's a melody or bassline? Only thing I can think of off the top of my head, around the same era, is Tamperer - Feel it.
