HAHA!! I was at the mall yesterday, and I walked in a clothing store called "Windsor", and they were playing As The Rush Comes!!! I was like "OMG, I can't believe u guys play this song!!!!!" :eyes: The girl who worked there looked at me like, "Ummm ok, this girl is on crack". She didn't even know what the song was.

Did you call her a n00b, then scream out PWNED and run away?
Miss Julia
^^^ Well, she was African American, so I didn't expect her to know what the song was. It's usually the corporate office that picks out the music.. not the employees who work in the actual store.

hehe yeah i have heard As the rush comes play in a clothing store before. when i used to work for guess they used to play more housy tunes....like David Guettas - Just a little more Love...etc.
Miss Julia
Hey, did they play "Dave Gahan- Dirty Sticky Floors" at your store?? They played a sick remix of it in my store when I used to work with Guess, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere.
Noree
hmmm u know what i dont really remember but i think i have heard dirt sticky floors played in another store.

yeah i think guess and express rock in terms of instore music. i heard the G&D rmx of Fallen one time and yeah i heard a pretty sweet mix of dirty sticky floors too. i wonder if i work at express...will they let me play my own mixes? that would be a sweet way of self-promotion. Bas presents...the 50% off mix
Noree
hehehehehehe that would be dope.

Just to finish up the list of music in LA. On KCRW from 9pm-11pm on Saturday, The Drop with Liza Richardson places some trance as well.

Thanks for the info about KBIG.

Supposedly you can hear Ministry of Sound on 103.1FM from 12am to 5am Saturday night according the post on radio-info here

I was figuring I was going to clean up all this info and put it into a new thread so people could reference it. Anyone think thats a good idea?
dj_bas
is THAT what that was? i was on my way home from nocturnal last night and 103.1 was playing some electronic stuff. i didn't know what it was i thought it was some weird electro-indie rock thing (103.1 is an indie rock station now)
