| hey, I have a question about my new KRK V8II's I just bought today. I tried them out, and the sound quality is awesome. i had a question about the fact that after I had used them for like 30 minutes, they were very hot...I'm not sure if thats a huge problem or anything. I had them cranked up pretty loud. is this normal? |

| Are they active or passive ? If they are active, then yes, the amp will probably get rather hot. |

| They're amplified speakers. They connect directly to the back of my mixer? Thats normal? When I say hot, I mean like hot enough that it burns my hand if I leave them on there. |
