No Beer Commertials: Russia's parliament this week put severe restrictions on beer ads. No commercials or beer are allowed on TV or radio from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and the ads that run at other times can't show people or cartoon characters, or imply that beer quenches thirst or improves athletic or social prowess. The new rules reflect a change of tack in a country that has long treated beer as a soft drink. There's no minimum age to buy beer, and children often drink it during the day, contributing to an epidemic of youth hooliganism. President Vladimir Putin, a teetotaler, has been pushing for restrictions on booze.

i don't think beer is the problem.
He'll if I lived in the cold improvished boring corrupt hole that is Russia, I would be a hulligan. At least it brings some warmth (lets set that car on fire!! YEARGAH ! ) and excitement to their lives...

i know russians...actually my parents were born in russia... and i can only agree with Yoepus about what he said... all in true... i mean of coz they have a great history but now they r just one big corrupted hole that is cotroled by the local mafia's criminals... so... stop tellin ppl stfu when dont know anythin by yourself... |

About 5. All partiotic, but none as blinded by it as you seem to be. And all think they can out drink me for some reason (though admittedly they do go through vodka like it is water)

lol, russia never had a history, the USA just tried to make it sound like they did so they had a reason to compete :D
I have met a lot of Russian people (my mum is Russian) and they are all the nicest, most genuine, people I have ever met in my life (not exaggerating) and would never go around ing things up like you say.
But yeah, they could out drink anyone, they practically have vodka with their cornflakes ffs :eyes:
Home made vodka too, which is like 99% alcohol and makes u go blind "ROFFEL" |
