Hey, question for all of you from an ignorant American.
I just met this really cute German girl at a party. We got along really well and I think she is really into me, and I am definatley into her. She is 25 and from Munich, and she is going to be in the US a few months trying to learn more English.
Anyhow, to cut to the chase, I was wondering if there is anything in particular I should know about German women. Any tips you have for me? lol
I've never dealt with trying to go out with someone from another country, just wondering if there are any topics which would be good to bring up or avoid, etc.

what should you do?
be yourself!!! its not that german chicks like other gesticulates than other chicks...
just:
be gentle (also in hidden ways)
make her laugh, be funny (but not a clown)
and have a nice self-esteem (but dont act like a pimp) |

i cant tell if theres a difference between german and american woman because i dont know any americans.
just be spontaneous, dont be a busybody, be flexible (be able to do compromise), be funny, be somewhat starry-eyed... i guess these rules obtain anywhere. |

To be honest, I didn't notice any differences between german and american girls, except that I found it easier to get to know american girls, but since you're beyond this stage I doubt it will be any different from your normal dating routine.
Edit:
And in case you were wondering why she doesn't wear Lederhosen and if we have TV and escalators you might want to read a few facts about Germany in your encyclopedia of choice. I'm not saying this because I think you're stupid, but I was asked these questions quite a lot. |
