| is it that the a different part of the picture, say the balloons, are in focus? ;) |

| im no photographer but i think that for darker settings you need a longer aperture time.. but that would also mean it would capture people moving and dancing for longer making them look blurry |

Unlesss of course you have a super steady grip..a mgnificent flash or an assistant to use as a Human tripod in motion!LOL!
