Very nice album, so get it...or else dont.
AirDrawnDaggers
Its a great chill CD, and if you like this, try AirDrawnDagger too, Sasha's only production (involver is mix isnt it) to date, and thats calm and tranquil too. Inolver is nice, works wonders after a mad night out.

I was pretty underwhelmed by Involver. It wasn't bad or anything, but it didn't really capture my imagination either. It just kinda floats along without offering any real "wow" moments. I really liked Airdrawndagger, but Involver didn't thrill me.

That's been my impression also, but I'm willing to give it some more time.

With albums like this....if u dont like it from the very begining....then u should listen to it a few more times....they really do grow on u. when i first heard James Holdens Balance 005 i was like wtf is this .....after giving it a few more tries......its now on my top 3 favorite albums of all time. Involver is truly a great album!

A masterpiece in my opinion. I dont listen to that genre of music, but with Sasha's touch on it & reworks, it was amazing. You can def. tell he put a A.D.D touch to it.

It was ok IMO. It grows on you over time if you let it though...

Yes, it's like a magic pill... or a bottle of them. Take several of them each day to help you digest these meals, further stylistic adventures into the electronic sound, and then you will be more acclimated to these formerly alien atmospheres. At the first time, it is a perfectly usual reaction to go "WTF?!?" but you adapt and may appreciate as you acclimate. Technocultural differences, perhaps?
