Bitch please,
I'm hotter than 400 degrees,
The only time you can use your mouth is when you get on your knees.
So don't speak,
You shouldn't be sayin' nothin' at all,
Cause it's hard to talk with a mouth full of dick and balls.

Yes you can judge a whole genre and take it as a joke...

Listen to Black Star and tell me hip-hop is "funny"...

Also, Mannie Fresh is one of the dopest producers around.

Oh, Jesus. Don't take me too seriously. I know there's a lot of serious rap, too.

Now, untie your panties.

I've been listeing to camron and other dipset stuff lately. I haven't really been listening to trance all that much. I've also been listening to a lot of screwed & chopped versions of cds.

Just got Common - Like Water From Chocolate the other day. Quality album, pure hip hop.

yeah you're right...being shot 9 times and smiling about it does make one cool... hey...the fact that he is proud of it makes him my hero. not. hopefully he is smart enough to save a few of those hundred dollars bills for when the main stream folk get tired of hip POP and start honouring real hip hop artists again.

oh i'm sorry hun, i thought for sure that the laughing smiley face would be enough for everyone to pick up on my sarcasm...guess not. i'll be sure to spell it out for you next time.

Ok, but saying Petey Pablo and 50 cent represents all of hip hop is like saying...
DJ Sammy
Darude
DJ Aligator and
PPK
ALL REPRESENT TRANCE!
theres lots of good hip hop just nothing of the mainstream sort. And anyone who says Trance is 24k gold should get out and listen to some new music. Trance is great but its not the best thing since white bread.

agree...i know these guys didn't invent rap. while i'm big on lyrics (it's important to have catchy words in a song to me), i'm bigger on the beat and melody...if i like the song and it's got a catchy beat that makes me want to move, i like it:) i just happen to like 50's songs...they are great club/party songs and i like the way he sort of mumbles when he raps...gives him that unique style. and petey is just ghetto and raunchy and his songs have a lot of bass (i love bass). so he scores with me.

i started out listening to hip hop in middle school...mainly goodie mob, outkast (old outkast is ing amazing), tu-pac, NAS, Jay-Z...i still love them. i like busta and missy elliott too...timbaland & magoo was a good album (forget the exact name) and someone mentioned Ludacris too, i forgot about him. i love luda...i like southern style hip hop the best. anything to get me goin. i'm not into all the politics of rap/hip hop...i just like what i like.
