I've been jumping genres all the time lately, and I find it really helpful to develop skills and styles from different genres. Well, here is my latest prog track.

cryo: it's probably not working because you are copying the link and pasting it.
all you have to do is right click and save as

Quite nice track ! composition is allright but I do not like the sound of the lead (get's a bit bored after a while) The atmosphere over all is good !!! And got lot's of good elements!!! Keep up the good work!

nah i wasnt copying and pasting, i know the drill of right click save as... maybe my mozilla was just being a poop, but i just got it right now, so ill have a listen in a bit :) |

I like it! You've got a cool groove going here.
I think the snare sounds a bit too quiet though, and the kick sounds a bit thin to me.
Great crunchiness to the bass, and I dig the added synths that help build intensity towards the end. Great outro! Danger... good stuff. |

1:40 - wicked! a great moment in music. ( well for me anyways ;))
Lecz is right - that lead sound needs a bit of work, I think possibly it is a little too loud, and it needs to be slightly brighter. Perhaps carving away a little bit of mid will fix it? who knows???
Bloody great song though, chunky bass, hypnotic melodies, lots of really cool ideas. And it's got attitude! Nice one! I really enjoyed listening to this.
Oh yeah, and the fx at the beginning are great! |
