i like the album, not ur usual fluffy trance. he uses some weird noises in some tracks and that is cool. he maybe uses them too much at the time in some tracks (tear in the open...)
my favourite tune on it is nyana, walking on clouds is great, just be would be great without the vocals. |

I really love "Walking on Clouds", really a fantastic vocal track
good for an intro too
Nyana, adagio , traffic and tear in the open are very good tracks

I wasn't saying Just Be is bad. I haven't listened to the thing, so I can't really judge. All I can say is that I get the impression, from the posts here, that a lot have people have had to force themselves to like it. Disassemble my post if you want, but that's just the impression that I got.

Yo, don't analyze things so closely... you're gonna grow old before your time. The analogy works just fine for me. Mold=Just be. Cheese=people who bought the CD. If cheese is exposed long enough, mold will grow on it. It's an inevitable process of time. And who says that means something gets "worse" with time? Some kinds of mold are good.:haha: |

I do, I just wasn't familiar with the 'armchair' term in that case.
If by armchair you mean it's more suited to home listening than in a club... I couldn't agree less. Moreso with that track than just about any other. I've heard it played out twice and both times it's blown the roof off, but I can't listen to it at home, it sounds sketchy & lacklustre on headphones. |
