*congrats*

I remember my G2 exit test well... The instructor got in, and just sorta stared around at my car the entire time, didn't pay attention to my driving at all. The end, he tells me "You turn too quickly", I tell him "It's the car".... "Ok you passed"

It was a joke. I remembered my G1 exit test and it was so strict and nerve racking, this was like a drive in the park... LOL, Actually driving in a park carries a $5000.00 fine, I found out and ceased immediately.

I've rambled...

Congrats again and my apologies.

Thanks! Been all over! Party here, party there....visiting friends and sister in London, all kinds of good stuff!

As for tips PartEgurl, there IS parking on the exam. There's a paralell park and a roadside stop, as well as a normal park at the end of the test. I only had to do a roadside stop. Oh yes, there's a three point turn as well, which I also didn't have to do. Other things I would suggest, which the examiner stressed to me before my test, ALWAYS BE CHECKING YOUR MIRRORS. It's all about observation, your head should be turning at every intersection, even non-marked ones. He also said that he wanted to see me checking my blind spot every time I used my signal. That means, you make a turn - check your blind spot. You change lanes - check your blind spot. You should be looking around so much that it seems like you're not looking in front of you enough, lol. Also, make sure to always be in the right lane as it's the lane of least resistance. When getting on the highway, don't move into the lane until you're at the posted speed, use up all of the entrance lane if you have to. When exiting, slow down to the posted speed. I think that's about it, the observation really is key, keep that head turnin'! Your neck should be sore after! Good luck!

BTW, I only made one mistake! Me good! Oh, and thanks everyone...so proud am I!!

No car unfortunately. Sold my own last year to help my mom out with money...then her car that I drove after that got repoed!! Dah well...I usually rent one whenever I take road trips now, cheaper than owning one!
