owned Tiesto with his closing set from 5am - 8am, i wanted to go get some sleep but just couldn't tear myself away, tune after tune i ended up staying til they kicked us out. hanging in the booth with the M to the S at the end made it even better.

just when I was liking Tijs the least he comes to orlando and drops this phenomenal set. really couldn't ask for anything more other than "one more tune. one more tune" even the broken AC couldn't stop me from dancing!
4. Sander Kleinenberg @ Sensation White 2004
wasn't there, but after a few minutes watching the video feed, i wished i was! downloaded to the set and listen to it again and again, best set of Sensation even better than PVDs!! his set @ Space terrace for WMC and at Icon in April were very good as well. i've become quite a Sander fan this year.
5. Ferry @ Space 1-4-2004
Ferry's best i've seen over the past year (wasn't at the May show) very solid set, very fun night! Also another great set from Markus on this night to top it off.
Another close contenter would be Markus' second set at Mansion for Armada night WMC. |
nice sets james, i let you slide with the pvd in 03' it was close to 2004, so i will let it go!! fyi, the tiesto set at icon, thats how most of his livesets usually are!!! phenomenal as u so aptly put it!!
and ambs!!!!!!!!!!! you euro trance whore!!! im so so jealous.. we want pics!!!!! dance valley sounds so riduculous, lucky #&*@@!!!! |

my favoites:
1. Tiesto- SPACE Majik Muzik Nite 3-7-04- you guys knew this was coming! what can i say insane energy, best track selection ever, . how anyone who says they are a fan of trance that can argue the genious and epicness of that set and nite is out of their minds and lying to themselves, it was something special, i doubt i ever witness a set like that ever again, but i hope i do..simply MAJIK
2. Ferry Corsten-Space 5-1-04 Great all around set by ferry, lots of female vocals, great vibe, nice hi's and lo's, a journey what trance is all about. ferry hasnt let me down yet, always solid .
3. Tiesto- Icon, orlando 6-23-04 After mediorce space set, tiesto rebounds with energetic dance friendly set including prog, trance, and even breaks thrown in, great time with friends like fellow ta's, trancebrat, breakin beats,vero, etc.
4. Markus Schulz- Space 6-18-04 Opened for tiesto, but owned the nite, very trancy and smooth, reminded me of old tiesto. great track
selection. his sound is evolving nicely
5. Max Graham- HOB, Orlando july 04 This set totally took me for surprise. very eclectic mix of all edm genres, wonderfully mixed. FUN with bro, rach, and trancebrat.
honorable mention: Johan Geilen-Ultra, Ferry-1-3-04,Sander Terrace sets. PVD- WMC, Space, Ultra Edgar V- Crobar 7-30-04 |
Tiesto @ space for wmc 2004 definatly gets my nod....my most memorable club going experience ever didntmove for 4 hours in an absolute trance had the place in the palm of his hand amazing amazing experience...I left Space asking myself what the just happend and is he really human???:conf: :conf: |

me too... i was shaking my head the whole nite, i never felt so alive and happy(the kind of happy a kid has christmas day). i get total goosebumps just thinking about it..im still not over it... i hope to hear something like that again.. maybe a tiesto in concert someday.... i dont know but march 7 04' is a day forever etched IN MY MEMORY....:crazy: thats what i looked like all nite and i wasnt even on x. and no, that nite he wasnt human, jesus christ himself couldnt have spinned a better set. |

| I liked Oakenfold at Icon back in January. It was exspensive but worth it. Coming in a close second would be Infiniti just because there were SO many people there. I am pissed that I missed Aphrodite and Jackal & Hyde around July 4th. Was really looking folward to seeing them spin. |

oh im sure of it..even if its half as goood as the first one, and i only listened to it, i cant imagine actually being there, whole different ballgame. trust me if i didnt just move to miami and had a little surplus, i would be right there with ya, lucky bas$%*d! |

Definetly agree. I saw videos from the event, was absolutely SICK. I wanna see the DVD but I don't have a multi-regional player. :sadgreen:
I can add one more liveset to favs of '04.
Edgar V @ Release, West Palm Beach 7/3/04. He played AWESOME.
I was the only hardcore TA there. :happy2:
