hey all,
i got a powerbook laptop so i don't need this anymore:
G4 450mhz, 500ram, 30 gig harddrive, zip drive, external 12x cd burner, RME digi 96/8 pst professional soundcard, preloaded with Cubase vst 32, reason 2.5, rebirth, recycle, peak, etc.
asking $800.oo
used in a smoke free, clean home studio environment, used to produce mainly trance tracks and record/master mixCDs.

the newest macs now are like dual G5 2.5 Ghz processors with 1.5 gigs of ram and 200 gigs of hard drive space...but those are super expensive.
this machine is an entry-level mac in todays market.

| i was going to say, damn you're asking a little much for that...but the soundcard makes it a good deal...i'm not in the market though, my comp is better then that, i'd just want the card ;) |

the pricing is actually on point, if not much lower considering what you are getting with it.
here's what i am basing it on:

CPUsed i selling a standard model of the exact computer (450mhz, 256 ram, 30gig, etc.) for $699.
also, the RME soundcard is not a toy. it's a serious recording card with VERY LOW latency as it has onboard DSP processors that take the load off the CPU.
so all in all you are saving a lot of money. i've priced it very reasonably because it's got to go! |
