The Thrillseekers - Synaesthesia 2004 (Michael Trenfield Mix)

awsome kick, percs are a bit thin i think, but still very cool! maybe a bit much reverb on the percs. bass is a bit simple for my liking, but its just down to taste really and i guess this is just the style. sythns are all really cool. i think it could do with perhaps a bit more top end in the entire mix. strings in the break are nice, and that pianoey sound, although its very stabby. 2:53, lovely. really nicely done. compliments the original tune very well. over all lovely remix. everything ive suggested is down to opinion really! i like it.

By the way, your remix of frozen is one of my alltime fave tracks!

Keep it up dude.

I ing love this, that piano is just awesome :D

thought id might check out this remix for obvious reasons :p

I like the feeling in those percussions.. tight..! the bassline is good.. I am not a fan of the piano though.. I like the "armin chord sound".. really not much too say actually.. very tight production, excellent mixing and mastering...

one thing I wonder:

what is it with that lead, how did u make it? (both Ferry and Pulser uses the same lead as u did..) makes me wonder :conf:

Yummy, nice take on the original. Love the added piano take on the melody. Although I'm not a huge fan of the bassline, but that's ok! Overall, nicely done :)

hehe agreeing to that.
in general the remix sounds fine :) nice to hear the original lead.
have u tried putting down the piano for an octave ? appears a lil too high to me but the idea is good :) maybe u should have played around with it and added something more to it (notation wise). but thats just an idea :)
i love the background synths. pretty fine
mastering is alright, but could be better. like a stronger kick and kickier in general. and the bassline, as already been said :)
