Since reading the great reviews in this thread I downloaded the mix and have tried to listen for the last 2 nights. But both times I fell asleep around the third/fourth song. 
Don't take that is insult though, what I have heard so far I like very much, but I can attribute the falling asleep to tiredness from work.
I will try to listen over the weekend again. Very much looking forward to listening to this mix in full!
EDIT:
I was expecting good things for this mix and wasn't disapponted. The mixing was spot on as was the selection. I find this mix very relaxing and chilled.
I haven't heard many of the tracks previously, so cannot comment on your edits.
I've listened in full 4 times now and I like it more each time.

Disc 2 is in the works right now ^^ and it's going to be called "Arrival". Disc 1 (Departure) covered only half of the spectrum in terms of genres that define my electronic music taste so Arrival will be quite different yet I will try my best to keep it enjoyable. Although the mix will consist of 4x4 and breaks, there will be elements of rock, electro, jazz, downtempo, house, trance and chill in this mix. BPM (preferably 128-130) still hasn't been determined yet since I don't all the tracks I need yet so if you have anything you want to recommend please feel free to email me at [email protected] and maybe you can help me shape this mix.

Very Inspirational, Legendary, Def Belongs to Best Sets Ever Heard Folder, You know wut, I am going to burn this on cd while i finish this review :D. Your Mixing is Subtle and Perfectly Flawless. Your Transitions are just ,wow, INSANE. Your Story Telling is just so Unrealistic, I have to say you have Talent and loads of it. IMO, Thanks For Sharing. This set is Exclusive and should be signed to a major label for distribution. You have just recieved a fan :). Please let me know when you post another mix.

Now this really is what it is all about. Mixing it up like this keeps everything so fresh and more importantly keeps the listener wondering what is coming next as opposed to those oh so boring 100% epic trance / prog mixes that most favour in this scene. Has some very nice subtle momnets and kicks it up a gear just as you think you may take a cat nap ;)........... No this really is a quality journey. Whilst I am familiar with nearly all of the tracks on there you have found the more unique mixes of each track for this mix.
Great stuff and totally professional in every way.

edit. The second from last track is terrible , sound quality lacks and those staccato vocal snippets are just awful. Rest in devine ! |
