what DJ Rat 187 said is basically pretty much what happened to me, and most people
smoking a joint for the first time effects are not as great as the second time.. (obviously).. which is where my experienc kicked in.. i wanted to get high soooo badly so i decided to smoke a joint and shared with 1 other person.. 10 minutes later.. high as a ing kite! everything around me felt like it was slow motion where i couldnt think properly at times because i was tripping.. if you close your eyes u'll feel as if ur on a rollercoaster
.. felt light-headed and in my own "trance" (my own world).. basically everything around u is like a show and your in it.. you start laughing at the most stupid things and you definitly feel a "high" and such.. your mouth gets realllllllly dry and sooner or later u'll hit the munchies n start eating like its no tomororw....
mmmmm.. weed is great :D
but the first time u get really really high can be scary and not fun, it scared the outta me cuz i was like.. dude wtf is this .. but yeah.. later on it gets better once you know how it feels ;) |

The few times when i have gotten high off pot, it felt absolutely awesome. Both times were at the end of a big night of drinking.
I had a feeling like i was floating - a sort of dreamy feeling - and it felt really relaxed and peaceful. Not to mention the fact that EVERYTHING was hilarious and we couldn't stop laughing for about 5 minutes.

| I haven't read the thread properly, so someone may well have already said this. Just a tip for next time you smoke. Just like any drug, weed is good at lowering certain mental inhibitions or certain control mechanisms that your mind uses to keep thoughts in check. Under a drug, one of the reasons perception and thinking are different is that you don't have as much conscious control over them. So it's really important, when you take any drug, what sort of attitude you have towards it, what mood you're in before hand and what sort of atmosphere you're in. If you're worried about your parents seeing you stoned or something like that you'll have a paranoid high. If you're relaxed, sitting around with friends talking , then you'll enjoy yourself. Just try to relax and don't try to control the high, just let it happen and chil. This advice applies to any drug you take. |

| ya dude, just don't listen to the stuff people tell you about getting ready and trying to prepare the mind set, you're not going to be dropping acid, it's just bud, just chief it up, and just wait, do whatever, and then it'll hit you and it'll be great, not scary or anything, if it's your second time blazed you're probably going to be debating if you're high or not for a while while being high the whole time, because you'll have no time perception "how long have I been high for? when did it hit me?" |
