im gonna make a cd for my car, its gonna be a beginners cd with trance thats NOT chees. It has to be the kind of music that you listened to when you ere new to trance but still like today
like push - universal nation (ferry mix)
remember the people listening will be newbies to music, they pretty much listen to MTV music, the stuff that you would be listening to if all your music was from American TV and radio |

Btw, IMO Ferry's mix of Universal Nation is pretty poor effort from him. Doesn't go anywhere after the break. Won't recommend that for people to be turned into trance. |

and now ill explain , ppl that not familiar with trance will not appriciate a good tune straight away , you gotta let their ears to get used to electronic music and ppl who used to lstn to mtv and would expect to hear some vocals like they use to hear in songs
so by me you gotta let e'm lstn to vocal traxx first , i got alot of my friends to the trance scene by checkin them , made a CD that every track is diffrent from the others and represents another trance style and i just let them to lstn and tell me what they liked the most and than i just let them hear more tracks from the genere and than they become junkies :) |
