welll..lets have a new working out thread for newbies like me who wants to get big....

well here is my stats:

im pretty skinny:

weight 145 pounds
height 5feet 9 inches
body fat i think 9 percent

here is what i can do

bench: i rep 135 pounds 10x , i can max 165 (i kno im weak)
curl: i can max 90 pounds, and rep 60 pounds 8x
squat: i dont squat, im too scared to do this

well thats basically it...my weak points are definetly my trapezoids and upper/lower back....

any tips on how to build these?

ask in there, we dont need two. quick answer is eat lots and do squats, but ask in other thread.
