i bought one of those ab belts, and it freaked me out. you have to slap on this ky jelly type substance first and u have to put a lot or it'll shock you.
i dunno it was too weird, you feel your ab muscles jolt by themselves. didn't like it. |

I've been using it for 2 months, but I have been slacking off the last month, I'm supposed to do 40mins daily, i tend to only do about 160mins a week at the mo
there is an improvemnt tho, would be better if I was more strict about it |

Like a "high school" crush. I'm sorry but that's funny. I was in Mexico a couple of years ago for Spring Break. I had finished school and was 23 at the time, and went down with some friends still in college. I was kind of hitting on this cute blond, but she still seemed a little young. Figured she was 18 or so, 17 at the worst case. Turned out she was 15, my little sister's age at the time. Glad nothing at all happened there. |

well i was thinking he was the same as your story...like 18, 17 worst case scenerio...but he brought a friend w/ him to the gym last week, and the friend looked like a little dorky freshman...probably around 15. i was like NO! hahahah
maybe it was his little bro or cousin...

woke up at 445,.. ran 3 miles,.. then have been at the computer lab all day doing fire mission processing for artillery... i was supposed to swim a mile this morning but the pool was closed,..
my 18 mile ruck march is in a couple months so i need to really start training more for that one.. |
