| What is a different between remix/mix? I know there are sometimes remix and sometimes only mix. Can you someone tell me the different? |

It's just the way the artist wanted to name it...
Generally you use "mix" when your remix has an alternative name. For example Delerium - Silence (Dj Tiësto's In Search of Sunrise Mix). If it didn't have a remix name it would be just (Dj Tiësto Remix). But it doesn't make any difference, you can name your mixes however you feel like. |

| Mr.Mystery, thank very much to you for clear up the mix-remix thing :) Now I understand! |

also artists often name their remixes "mix" if its a remix of their own track.
eg
Pervading Call - Destiny (Ace's Delight Mix)
both pervading call and ace's delight are alias of the same guy. and so mix is used as opposed to remix. |

| Yeah I always see remix being done by someone else and mix being done by the original artist. |
