View this Thread in Original format

Hi, I just want to inform you all that the brandspanking new Progg channel has finally been launched on Di Radio. The channel features many aspects of progg, including trance, house, tribal and breaks.

Unfortunatly, as for now, the channel is only available to Di Radio subscribers while more badnwidth, content and shows are being pursued.

It's only a matter of time until it's available for everyone though :)

All kinds of feedback would be appreciated :)

really if you are gonna listen to radio
use one of these
www.ets-global.com
www.tranceairwaves.com
www.basicbeats.net

or if you are an elitist use proton radio

and di.fm says it has "techno" in its advertisments, WHERE IS IT>?

Hehe, that's something that's been dragging along since the start because it was easier to draw people attention to trance-music on the internet with that name 3-4 years ago. I'm pretty sure that particular piece of description will disapear in the near future.

Anyways, each to his own. Just wanted to inform people who like progg and/or likes DI that there is something new to tune in to :)

Have you even looked at the tracklist on Di's progg channel?

I know progg fans can be quite elitist about their music but where are the cheese among artists like these?:

Sasha
James Zabiela
Luke Chable
James Holden
Johan Digweed
Sander Kleinenberg
Hernan Cattaneo
Ozgur Can
Subsky
Probspot
CP & Pole Folder
Benz & MD
and many more

If you still don't think this is good enough just let me know what you think is missing and we'll see what we can do about it.

Plus we got some nice shows and artist-contribution in the works as well.

Anyways, just listen to what you want but don't go around and make misinformed statements. Have the benefit of a doubt please

Don't listen to him, Johan. He's always stirring up trouble. Line-up you listed looks just fine to me. :D

DI is the greatest internet radio station simply because it's the only one that plays classic trance.

Then you've got deep house and goa/psy to boot, and now progressive.

And eurodance would be the icing on the cake.

It's kind of funny when people always talk about DI as if the Trance channel is the only one they have.
